Recipe: Party in a Bag (taco meat and toppings served in corn chip bags)

PARTY IN A BAG

"Fun, delicious, and easy cleanup! Kids love 'em."

2 pounds ground beef chuck
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
12 bags (2 3/4 ounces each) Fritos or Doritos
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce

Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in taco seasoning.

Cut 1/4 inch off top of chip bags; squeeze bags to crush chips slightly.

Add some of the cooked meat mixture to each bag. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and olives offered on paper plates.

Stick fork in bag and serve. Offer taco sauce.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Let guests start the bag by adding the meat, then whichever lined-up remaining ingredients they desire. Stick a plastic fork in the bag. Easy cleanup.
