The best thing is to get Pomonas Univeral Pectin. You normally order it online from them.

There is a previous post with more information. In the search box above the posts, type in sugar free jam recipes.

You can make sugar free, juice sweetened, honey, or regular jam with the Pomonas.

That, or try one like Ball Light or Sure Jell light pectin. The ones without sugar do not have the shelf life like regular jams do. They mold quickly.
