At the BiMart in Grants Pass, OR I found a sugarless pectin made by the Ball company. It calls for using unsweetened apple or white grape juice. I tried it with some (frozen) blueberries and it set up beautifully. I did add about 1/3 cup of sugar for taste and did a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.I will always use this product, now.
