re: Wal-Mart's Whipped Icing - where to find whipped icing topping

The whipped icing topping is made from a frozen "cream" type substance that you can purchase from wholesale food dealers. We have one here in the quad cities that you can buy it from. Also, if you go to a different grocery store, they will usually let you buy it by the container. I have done this in the past to ice my own cakes. Wal-Mart will not sell you any topping, I have tried. Hopes this helps...
