SALMON PATTIES
1 cup soft bread crumbs
8 medium green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Original or Reduced Fat Bisquick Baking Mix
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (14 1/4 oz) can red salmon, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup dill dip (for serving)
Stir together all ingredients except margarine and dill dip. Shape mixture into 4 patties, using heaping 1/2 cupful for each patty.
Melt margarine in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in margarine over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until brown and cooked through.
Serve with dill dip.
Makes 4 servings
