Billie, Welbilt was sold to Enodis about 7 yrs ago. Enodis no longer deals with Welbilt however they refer any inquiries for parts or manuals to Tretronics. 1-800 638-3328 or 410-676-7300. They do not have download site. to purchase the manual is approx 9.50 for the manual and 7.90 for shipping. I have not been able to find another source unless a current owner wishes to share their manual with you.
I do have a question for you. Does your ABM 4000 require a pan or does it cook bread directly in the ceramic bowl?
