re: Welbilt Bread Machine

Misc.
It warms up for about 5 minutes or so before it actually starts mixing the bread dough. I got my bread machine second hand too and didn't get a manual. My old machine would start mixing as soon as I hit start. These machines are just a little different. I really like mine though. I haven't tried cooking in mine. I just use it to mix the dough and then bake it on my stone.
