Refrigerated uncooked pasta

Misc.

BB: I assume your recipe calls for the recipe to be assembled (using uncooked
dried pasta) and then refrigerated overnight. This means you do not have to
preboil the pasta. This works great, for example, in making lasagna. Just
assemble your lasagna as usual except do not precook the lasagna noodles. Put
in refrigerator overnight or until ready to bake. Do not add extra liquid.
Bake as usual.

This really, really works.
