CRACKED WHEAT PILAF
2 cups cracked wheat or bulgur
1 medium onion, chopped
5 cups beef broth
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup minced parsley (or 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes)
salt
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Servings: 6-8
