Regarding Susie's dress for dish soap bottle

Susie, WA gave me one of her dish soap bottle dresses a while back as a gift. They are very cute. Susie is a very talented friend. They are a bit different from the one posted by Margie KY in that the dress part does not go all the way around the dish soap bottle in one piece. It covers the front and back with a tie as the waist. That works very well for me because my bottle dress fits every size bottle I use. And, the lace is a cute touch. Mine has been hand-washed many times and still looks great. I have mine embellishing my stand-up paper-towel holder right now. Makes me think the dress is dancing in circles each time I retrieve paper towels. Have fun with your project. Kel
