Thanks for the reply. Hope the recipe was of help. I have tried Zatarins's
Dirty Rice Mix which is a dry mix. It is not as good as making your own.
I like to make gumbo and jambalaya sometimes. What type of hot pepper varieties
do you grow? Good luck! Joan
