Request: Big Coney Island potato knish

Misc.
I grew up in NYC but I live in Baltimore now. I think the thing that most New Yorkers miss about NY when they move away is the food. There are so many things that, although you may get something going by the same name elsewhere, are so much better in New York.

One of the things I miss most are those biiig fat potatoe knishes that I was able to get in many pizzerias and at Coney Island. The only place that sells them in Baltimore is on the other side of town so I can't get them very often. I'd like to be able to make them myself. I've found many knish recipes on the net but they're all for the little ones. So if anyone knows how to make the big square ones please post the recipe. Thanks
