Request: Soup Mix in a Jar

Hello! I've been looking for a recipe for a "Soup Mix in a Jar", essentially a layered dry soup mix (much like the cookie in a jar recipes) that would be suitable for gift baskets. I've actually made one before, but have not been able to find my recipe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
