Sara's Right - Maid-Rites

Misc.
Sara's right. I went to high school with the daughter of the guy who invented Maid-Rites. There are many loose-meat sandwiches, but only one Maid-Rite.

The restaurants cook the meat right in front of the customers, in big Nesco-like cookers, and the meat is served up on fresh hamburger buns, placed in the center of a big square of waxed-paper-like butcher paper. With a pickle and some mustard, and a plastic fork, to catch all the delicious drips. You can get Maid-Rites or Cheese-Rites and then wonderful pies for dessert.

Yum-yum,

Janelle
