ISO: Maid rite

I am looking for a recipe for Maid Rite sandwiches. There were two Maid Rite restaurants in my area of Illinois. They were great! Does anyone have a recipe for them--would love to make them for my family. I talk about them, but, as of yet, they do not know the great taste of them. Thanks.
