Savannah Cinnamon Company

Misc.

Betsy its made by the Savannah Cinnamon Company and is like a liquid rather than a syrup. It comes in several different flavors the original Cinnamon, Southern Praline, Almond, Southern Blackberry, Peach, Strawberry. You can add it to juice or cider, coffee or tea, whipping cream veggies etc. They have a little recipe folder that comes with each flavor. I use the cinnamon for cider & apple juice for a drink or I add it to honey for a pancake topping, to sweet potatoes etc. The almond one is good mixed with cool whip, angel food cake and fresh fruit in the summer. They sell the mixes at coffee & tea shops, some grocery stores and I buy it at a little Amish Bulk food store near me. Everyone loves the Pecan Crunch so much last year they asked for it again and I had lost my recipe. I taped it to my bottle of mix this time so I won't misplace it again. It comes in big or small bottles and also in gift sets of four flavors.
