Recipe: pecan praline crunch

Misc.

I'm so happy to give you this recipe as I have been an avid visitor to the kitchen link site. My bottle is Southern Praline Mix....not Savanah like yours, but I think it is the same thing. My recipe is called Pecan Praline Crunch and goes as follows.....
Stir together 8 cups of chex cereal and 2 cups of pecan helves in a 9 x 13 pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup praline mix and 1/2 tsp. baking soda. Heat till boiling; gently cook for 2 minutes. Pour over cereal and nuts. Stir to coat well. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour. Stir mixture once during cooking. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
