Thanks for the description Peg - it sounds similar to Torani syrup. I was wondering because I think it would be fun to try to create a similar homemade mix that would make a nice food gift to give with the recipe. The second recipe I posted called for corn syrup so I thought possibly the bottled mix was a combination of corn syrup and some other flavorings - maybe caramel , pecan and/or butter flavoring. Is it spicy (cinnamon or other spices)?
