Seems like a browser problem

On my machine (a pentium, PC) using MSN as my internet provider and Internet Explorer 4.0 as my browser, = 1/4. Just in case that still didn't translate, the recipe calls for a quarter cup of chopped onion and green pepper. Hope that helps.
