Ii am sorry I didn't get to see your question before today. See that it has pretty well been answered in later posting. Spelt flour can also be purchased through King Arthur Flour. I am able to get it at several stores. Some are pre bagged but most are in the bulk section. A friend goes to a coop and gets it there. Hope you have found it.
