for the small lady locks my husband bought me 1/2 inch dowel rods and we cut them to fit my cookie sheets. We washed, dried and oiled them with canola oil before using. I wrap the entire rod at the same time rather than the smaller "clothespin" size rods; easier to store the long rods in back of the cupboard! I fit about 8 cookies per rod lengthwise. just wash, dry and lightly oil your rods until you need them again.
some specialty shops will carry the metal larger cream horn forms or cannolli forms, but they can be expensive, and the dough is not the same as the much smaller ladylocks/cream horns.
