Misc.
Debbie, I try to do several meals at a time also. Make out fine except when I try to throw in a little baking along with it. My mind goes faster than my hands can manage sometimes and I've had a bad experience or two -- but not without a laugh or two! If it's appropriate for the recipe, I also make double the recipe. It's really no more work and one goes in the freezer. You are limited (in my opinion) to what really freezes well.

Help me. I love fish but am not familiar with Tilapia. Is that a mild fish? My folks brought me some weak fish fillets today (a mild fish). I'd like to try your recipe if it suits a mild-flavored fish - sounds like it would.

Can't wait to try Gomer's Banana Bread - I love the recipes that call for lots of bananas. Insures a moist loaf.

And can you believe I've never cooked ribs? Stop saying, "You're Kidding!" I was inspired several weeks ago when someone posted a great-sounding recipe that uses a bottle each of 3 different flavors BBQ sauce + other things. Then again late this week when I watched the Oprah show featuring her chef Art. She says that Quincy Jones' recipe is fabulous too so I copied that one off her website. In fact there were several recipes that sounded great from that show that I copied. I have vowed to get ribs in my menu soon. Thanks again for sharing.
