tilapia is a very mild fish and this is the first time that I have ever cooked it! The other fish at Winn Dixie had been frozen and shipped to the seafood market. The lady at the seafood counter told me that these had been brought into the store fresh.

It tasted really mild to me. I will be buying that kind of fish again.

I think that the fish that you have would be wonderful cooked this way.
