This was published in Taste of Home Magazine this month, Suzanne. I substituted Cheddar cheese for the Swiss cheese. When I was in the "chat room" one day this week, one of the ladies said that she had a recipe published in that magazine. I asked her which recipe and it was the potato kugel recipe. I was absolutely shocked!

It's a great recipe and I hope that you will get to try it soon.
