I am pleased that i was able to pass the recipe on to you and i've learnt something new myself :)
Hope you enjoy it. Yes, parts of London have some lovely sandwich shops. They are a bit more expensive than the high st chains but so worth it!! One of my favourites sandwiches to buy is toasted ciabatta with ham, mozzerella, sundried toms and fresh basil - yum! Alot of them are family run, and i find the staff friendly, funny and efficient.
I see you are from Kuwait or are living there. If you have time maybe you could share a few of your recipes with us and tell us a bit about the local cuisine as i know nothing of it.
