PF CHANG'S KEY LIME PIE MARTINI
Source: Spartan Daily, 9/21/2005
From: Jose Garcia, Bartender, PF Chang's

1.5 ounces Licor 43,
half an ounce Key Lime West Juice,
whipped cream
half and half
and a lime slice

Rather than using salt like any other plain old martini would have along the brim of the glass, Chang's strays away from the norm and features graham cracker crumbs instead.

I am a former PF Chang's bartender, here it is.

1.5 oz Licor 43
1 oz Key Lime Juice
Squirt of Simple Syrup
1 oz of Half and Half

Throw it all in a shaker with ice. Add whipped cream in the shaker, just ring the inside about 3 times quickly.

Shake (3 shakes will do) and strain into a martini glass rimmed with graham cracker crust.
