Hola Gladys,

Reading this recipe and all the yummy ingredients in it made me yearn for it! So I have defrosted some chicken for tomorrow because that is what I will be making. I hardly ever eat rice at home so this will be the time and I am also going this afternoon to look for the "platanitos maduros"!

I will report back pronto here as to how delicious it comes out. This truly sounds delicious!!
