Hi gang, Well, I have to go with Chita on this one. I have the Ultrex p.c. and I love it!!! It is an 8 qt. so you can also use it for canning yet it is not so big that you won't use it for cooking. It has a hekper handle on the opposite side to help lift and the regular handle is long enough to use both hands on it if needed. Call Home Shopping Network at 1-800-284-3900 for info and to order if wanted. $99 plus shipping. Great Product!!
