I too have the Magefesa cooker. I've never used another but I can't imagine it gets any better than that - beautifully designed and very smooth in operation, definately $100 well spent. When I got mine they could only be ordered directly from the manufacturer's US outlet in Illinois. If you can get it for $40 through ebay don't pass up the opportunity! (If you need more convincing, Lorna Sass, pressure cooker author and authority, highly recommends the Magefesa, as does Cook's Illustrated: it was their top pick, Aug/96 issue).
