Joanne, you can use the regular chips in baking, instead of the minis or fat-reduced ones.

If you want to make the chips smaller, freeze the regular-sized ones and place a handful at a time in a food processor--pulse once. Remove the chips, and do it again with another handful. You won't have chips, but you will have smaller pieces. Here in America, I have trouble finding mini-chips on a reular basis, myself.

Or, if you have regular chips and the recipe calls for fat-reduced ones, just use less in the recipe.
