Recipe(tried): Artichoke Spinach Dip from Elephant Bar

Appetizers and Snacks
I have been at the Elephant Bar in California. I talked with someone who worked there and asked them exactly what was in the dip. This person indicated that there is artichokes, spinach, mexican cheese (the one that has the hot chiles in it) garlic. Put this in the oven to melt the cheese for approximately 15 minutes and then put under the broiler for a few minutes. I have tried this and have come very close to this dip. I hope you will try it. If you have any questions, please e-mail me.
