Hi Betsy, The candy is like a caramel and fudge mixed. Some of them had nuts in them and they were either chocolate or vanilla. Some of them were soft and chewy and some were harder. They are hard to describe but that is the best I can do. Thank you for trying to find the recipe. MJ
