Recipe: Awesome Pizza Dough (using garlic and Italian seasoning) (bread machine dough cycle)

FOR THE DOUGH:
1 cup water (80-85 degrees F)
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 1/2 cup bread flour
1 dash Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons yeast (or one packet)
FOR THE PIZZA:
Olive oil
Sauce, cheese and pizza toppings, as desired
TO MAKE THE DOUGH:
Enter ingredients into bread machine in the order listed. Put bread machine on dough cycle for large white loaf. When dough enters Rise cycle, remove from pan.
Flour dough lightly, place in large bowl and cover with very warm, damp cloth. Set in warm place to rise. Let rise for about 1 1/2 hours.
TO MAKE THE PIZZA:
Preheat oven and pizza stone to 475 degrees F.
Shape/roll out pizza crust and place on cornmeal dusted pizza peal or baking sheet that will be used to slide dough onto stone. Brush dough with olive oil, add toppings as desired. (A final sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese adds a great touch no matter what toppings you use.)
Bake for 10-12 minutes on preheated pizza stone for 20 minutes in 475 degrees F.
