wanted! recipe for pickled hot banana pepper rings...condiment style!

Misc.

Hi!...

A local nursery sold me HOT banana peppers instead of the Hungarian yellow sweet peppers I was hoping for!...
But since members of my family have taken a liking to the pickled hot banana pepper rings to dress their hamburgers up with, I was hoping someone would have a recipe for this condiment!...sure would be great to put those hot babies to good use!...otherwise, they're headed for the compost heap!...and that's a shame isn't it?...
So, can someone help me?...sure hope so!...I like a creative challenge bothe in the kitchen and beyond!...

Sincerely,
a Canadian cook,
hey!jude!
