We love Italian Green Beans with meals like that...

Perhaps it's from having them in minestrone soup often, but those flat Italian greens beans, you can buy them frozen or canned. If you don't have those, regular green beans go with tomato sauce, least we think so, or how about a tossed salad? Or just sliced tomatoes?
