Yes, I have frozen quiches

I usually cook one whole quiche and then eat half for dinner and then the other half I freeze. Simple enough, cook the quiche until lightly browned on top, cool in the fridge, then put in a plastic bag and seal, then freeze. They freeze really well, but only for approximately 3 months. To reheat, take the quiche out, let thaw, then reheat at a moderate temperature. Best idea is to make one, freeze it, thaw it and reheat for a practice session. Good luck.
