Jos wanted to convey to those clients that came just for a meeting and that dinner to Puerto Rico. Those are 5 multinational companies that are already, or are in the process of investing in PR.

I would say that a lawyer like me, with a reduced budget, cannot afford the 10 ounces of Black Sturgeon Caviar, served as garnish for the veal medallions. But he can afford it, and he thoroughly enjoyed the occasion.
