You are absolutely right dear Jackie. In Puerto Rico

like in Mexico we use fresh corn, processed, for many dishes. Many years ago they used the Guayo for processing the fresh corn and it was used for Mundo Nuevo, which is a kind of custard, as a cereal in the morning and for pasteles. Now we use the food processor. I sincerely hope the girls will like the TAMALES.
