As long as they are all sealed according to the directions for water bath canning, all should be fine. Next time you will know to leave more headspace. We just keep learning as we go along. Enjoy those great pies you will be making. Did you use Clear Jell? I still have not tried any! I hear how wonderful it is,too. I have been busy with so many other things. Today is more tomatoes for me.
