Hi Sarah,

These sound right up my alley since I love all mediterranian food!! I will be copying it and putting it in my files...

So glad to see you enjoy Bon Appetit...I also keep my old issues and dog-ear the pages where a recipe appears that I might enjoy. I have wicker baskets full of them and havae been a subscriber for over 20 years. I think it is the premier cooking magazine with all its wonderful sections to keep us interested and amused.

Keep posting these gems...
