STRAWBERRY POPPYSEED SALAD (PANERA'S)

From: KETV, Channel 7, Omaha
4 cups of torn Romaine Lettuce
2 ounces each: fresh strawberries cut into bite sized pieces, whole blueberries, mandarin oranges (drained), fresh pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ounce chopped pecans
Make a bed of the lettuce in a large bowl. Top with the fruit and nuts and toss with 2 ounces of Poppyseed dressing.
Serve with a sourdough roll.

I was able to create my own version of this salad and can't get enough of it.
FOR 2 SERVINGS:
Romaine Lettuce chopped
Slice strawberries - 1 cup
Fresh Blueberries 1 cup
Mandarin Oranges 1 cup
Pineapple chunks in juice - 1 cup
Pecans 1/2 cup sprinkled on top
Grilled Chicken breast chunks (if you want meat)
Mix the above ingredients - it's a beautiful salad.
DRESSING:
1/2 cup light or fat free mayo
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Splenda
1/8 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients, pour over salad and toss.
Here is the ingredient list: (including the dressing)
Ingredients: Romaine lettuce, strawberries, mandarin oranges (mandarin segments, water, sugar, glucose syrup, citric acid), fat free reduced sugar (poppyseed filtered water, distilled vinegar, maltodextrin, dehydrated onion, contains less than 2%: cellulose gum, orange juice concentrate, poppyseeds, salt, mustard flour, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate, sucralose, sodium benzoate), pineapple, blueberries, pecans.
