Recipe(tried): Addictive Artichoke Dip

Try this one. It is really good!

ADDICTIVE ARTICHOKE DIP

1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup fresh flat leaved parsley
1 medium clove garlic, peeled
2 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sour cream
salt
cayenne pepper

Put the lot into a food processor and blend until smooth. Yum
