Recipe(tried): Northwoods Inn Cheese spread - some ingredients

I also am a big fan of this Northwoods. Did you every get the recipe? Many years ago I worked with a young man who used to make this spread when he worked at Northwoods. I am afraid all I can remember is; butter, mayonnaise(not low fat) and finely grated cheddar cheese. I am going to try it again it sounds so good.
