Recipe(tried): Mom's Microwave Fudge

MICROWAVE FUDGE
Easy, and makes a great gift.

1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1/4 cup evaporated milk (Pet)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
Chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, etc.

Place all ingredients in a microwave proof bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir well. Add any extras you'd like at this time (nuts, mini-marshmallows, etc.)

Pour in buttered pans. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
