HI Jennifer, some of these I have tried and some I have copied from various websites. You can also try doing a search here to find white chocolate. If you still want more, let me know and I'll keep digging!! Thanks, Barbara
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FRUIT AND NUT FUDGE
This is a beautiful and very tasty fudge and is a staple around my house during the holidays!
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk, divided
14 oz white chocolate, chopped (preferably Lindt)*
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup pistachios
1 cup candied red cherries
Line 8x8-inch baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2 inches.
In a pot, combine semi-sweet chocolate with one cup milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until melted. Pour into pan, refrigerate 30 minutes.
In a clean pot combine white chocolate, remaining milk, and salt. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until melted.
Stir in nuts and cherries. Pour over semisweet mixture and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Cut into 1 inch squares.
*Do not use white candy coating-it is vanilla flavored.
