Recipe: Hurry Tuna Curry

Hurry Tuna Curry

1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove minced garlic, if desired
2 tbsp. margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6-7 oz. can tuna
Cooked rice

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in sour cream, curry powder, salt and pepper. Drain tuna and stir into sour cream mixture. Heat slowly, stirring often. Serve over cooked rice.

Serves 4.
