Recipe: Mary Oliver Frosting for Roger

Mary Oliver Frosting

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1 cup confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt together chocolate and butter. Allow to cool. Then add egg, confectioner's sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Keep in refrigerator for one hour before frosting cake.
