ISO: Iowa Machine Shed Baked Potatoe Soup

I had this recipe and have made it the past 5 years on Christmas Eve day for lunch. Somehow I have lost it and have to find a copy by December. Does anyone else have the recipe?? It is absolutely delicious. Christmas Eve lunch would not be the same without it.
