Recipe: Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (using raspberry jam)

RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE SAUCE

Note from source: This is my version of the raspberry chipotle sauce you buy in bottles at the store. I had blackberry jam on hand and used that instead of raspberry. Raspberry would probably be better, but I didn't want to spend the money when I already had some.

1/2 cup sugar free (or regular) raspberry jam
1/2 jalapeno, minced
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch salt

Stir all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 1/2 cup
