Recipe: Orange Tomato Barbecue Sauce (using orange juice concentrate)

ORANGE TOMATO BARBECUE SAUCE

Use as a sauce for chicken, spareribs, or ham.

1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chill powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 (6 ounces) can Florida frozen concentrated orange juice, reconstituted (3 cups)

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes or until reduced to 2 cups.

Makes 2 cups
